“Happiness in the Park” transforms the Dallas skyline into a whimsical park where people are turned into giant spinning flowers and birds into fantastical creatures on the go. Using colorful cut paper and bright acrylics for the background, downtown becomes a playful space, inviting adults and children to celebrate life with the arts.
